My name is Brea & I just wanted to share a couple tips about booking vendors for your wedding day. I’ve noticed an influx of people posting about vendors canceling last minute or just not showing up. Please when booking vendors do these couple of steps.
Check all the possible social media sites to verify they are real and in the area.
Read reviews! Search their business name in the wedding groups and read those comments, you’ll see good and bad because sometimes people won’t write reviews on their business page after services have been provided.
READ THE CONTRACT. If they don’t have a contract - red flag. You are working on a promise that they’ll show on your wedding date without one. Every vendor you work with should have a document saying they’ll be working with you on XYZ date that includes hair & makeup, catering, florals, EVERYONE.
